1.Compose or Broadcast a message to adders

choose menu "Compose Message" on sidebar line(at) website

there are a choice what a type message you will share as well as you can share both or more type in one time,in this section we will explain how to sent message with text and photo

choose and click menu "Text"
fill the form with your text message
click menu photo (you can set max 2 photo)
click SEND
Finish

2.Post to Timeline

if you understand how to sent broadcast message , you will understand this.

the difference with compose message is you can choose photo more than 2 photo but max 9 photo

and also the max of character have a different,in timeline post you can add more word and more photo

choose menu "Text" and "Photo"
Add text and Photo
Submit

in timeline you can set does the comment will available for reader or not

3.Line(at) Using 1 on 1 Chat(Realtime chat)
the useful feature on line@,you will be able to reply the chat or sent a message to adders by private message

but if you want use this feature you must turn off your autoreply setting,because line(at) can't be set for doing both at the same time

4.Setting Autoreply line(at)
autoreply is the feature to set reply message to user if you're offline or away from line(at)

Choose Auto Reply Message and follow this step below

Click the "Basic" to change the default autoreply
Change Title and Description of default auto reply message
you can also add a stiker to auto reply message
click Preview to view your change and Save

5.Setting keyword message line(at)

function keyword message is to set a conditional message or reply a message from adders with specific message text , such as "INFO,Order,Menu" etc

the tutorial will explain how to reply keyword "Hello" from user with "Hello TOO"

Choose menu "keyword reply message" from sidebar

Create NEW keyword message
Setting the Main keyword and Additional Keyword

Main keyword is ="Hello" and Additional Keyword is the keyword to handle another keyword
Setting Text with "HELLO TOO"
click Save
