Youtube Change Ads System in Video under 10.000 VIEWS, WHY ??

the meaning of UNDER 10000 VIEWS is not mean you must have 10000 VIEW per Video but if your channel have a total 10000 view from all video that you have upload , the adsense will keep showing in your chanel
